SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is a kind of professional equipment suitable for all kinds of PVC powder, PVC wood plastic extrusion molding, equipped with different molds and auxiliary machines, can produce all kinds of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, decorative plates, bar materials and granulation.

The barrel is heated by aluminum casting heating ring and cooled by air cooling system. It has the characteristics of uniform heat transfer and convenient operation and maintenance.

The screw core adopts automatic circulation cooling and regulating system to improve the efficiency. According to different product formulations, the most reasonable screw can be configured to achieve the ideal plasticizing state.

The reducer and distribution box are made of imported bearing, oil seal, 38CrMoAIA alloy steel and nitriding treatment.

Temperature control system adopts imported temperature control meter, temperature control accuracy can reach 1C. Main motor adopts import frequency conversion or dc adjustment control. The electrical system has several fault alarm functions and current protection device.
