YF series PVC profile production line is mainly used for extrusion of PVC doors and Windows profiles, wood-plastic products, special-shaped cable perforated pipe, decorative profiles, etc.

The unit is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting and laminating machine, material turning, etc., which can be used for conical twin screw extruder of different specifications according to different profile sections and molds.

Vacuum sizing table adopts special increased vortex flow cooling system to facilitate cooling and finalize the design. According to different molds, sizing table can choose 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters and other specifications to meet the requirements of high-speed extrusion.

The tractor adopts the unique lifting technology of our company, with stable work, good reliability and large traction force. The moving speed of the cutting machine keeps pace with the tractor, with reasonable design and stable operation, it can automatically cut at fixed length and be equipped with dust recovery device.

The unit has the characteristics of novel shape, reasonable structure and easy to use.
